after the product was ordered, we called and cancelled future shipments. we were not told at that time that any unused product had to be returned. then we recieved a bill in the mail for $99. we called again,and someone hung up on me. i prefer to return tis product with their rma number. but am willing to just send it back any way.i called again april 15, and the lady would not help me either. rude for customer service
