DIRECT BUSINESS LENDING This company has is a SCAM...They take advantage of people's bad financial situation! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Salt lake Utah

I applied for a loan 11 weeks ago and the Eric was the sales guy that I spoke with. He told me that I will received my funding in 5 weeks though I have a poor credit score. He said he dealt with people that has worst situation before. As a proof, he even sent me an email that belongs to some of their clients showing how much money they got qualified for. He told me that it's 99% that I will receive funding from one of their lender and he already had someone in mind as we were talking. After I received the email from Eric, i was convinced that I will receive funding prior to my business opening. He told me I have to pay $3500 but I only have to pay $150 upfront to start the process. Then $159 will be drafted automatically from my bank account every month. We started the process, they told me they have to fix my credit so we sent letters to the credit bureaus, nothing happened. Then one of the credit speacialist told me that I can use my business credit to acquire loan but when I talked to the personal credit specialist, she said it's not true.  So finally my business was opened, i took my retirement funds and used it to fund my working capital because I couldn't get money from Direct Business Lending.  Now that I"m trying to cancel the account after paying them $468 so far with no funding, I have to pay $600 something dollars to cancel the account. So the end result, no funding and STUCK with this stupid $3500 unsecured loan.  So instead of helping me, they put me in debt.  Last Friday, Brandon from escalations manager had told me that I'm not in a position for them to submit my file to an underwriting but since my business is open we can use my revenue as a qualifying factor. The catch, I have to wait for another 3 months...  I have never met an evil company like Direct Business Lending before.... They are totally scam....
