Go get them....

Arl,
Report them to the Postal Inspectors immediately. Go to http://www.usps.com/postalinspectors/
fraud/MailFraudComplaint.htm to file an online complaint form. It only takes a few minutes to do and the Postal Inspectors will put a mail cover on the PO box.
Also, contact the local police in Hollywood, Florida and let them know they've got someone running a scam in their town. Contact 954-967-4411 and ask for the financial crimes investigator. Tell the officer about the scam, which is an old one, and then tell him that, in all probability, hundreds if not thousands of people may have been taken by this person--do the math.
Make sure you have all you material together for the police: cancelled check, e-mails, mailing address, advertisement, what was promised, etc.
Good Luck
