On or about January 14, 2011, Brian Friedly and Balboa Capital filed a subpoena duces tecum upon Ripoffreport.com seeking the identity and any identifying information available related to the individual(s) that filed this report implicating Direct Capital and dated July 20, 2010 with recommendation that the reader call "Brian".  The anonymous author has the right to respond to the subpoena filed in the Arizona Superior Court, State of Arizona, County of Maricopa;
