But I did fill out the envelope and wrote on the out side please open first have hungry Children. Then on the yellow slip I wrote. NOW You've been ripped OFF.
Just a small amount of satisfaction for those who lost there 46.00. Some one should contact the postal service. There using them to rip off people and if I'm not mistaken that's a federal offence.
