Direct Express Fraud Department During the month of May 2018 my money was stolen from my Direct Express Debit card account by two people that I had been staying with for a couple of weeks. I was in a situation where I had no way of knowing what they were doing. When I found out a month later I filed a fraud claim with Direct Express. I received the fraud packet 2 days before it was due to be received by direct Express fraud department ( 10 business days) in order for me to get a provisional credit deposit into my account. Denied my fraud claim! Did not give my claim the time of day! They took 45 days and denied my fraud claim for a reason that wasn't in anyway possible for me to do!
