Direct Express Direct Express card scam, be aware, watch out, stay away San Antonio Internet

Be Aware! I am currantly dealing with fraudualant charges to my SSI Direct Express card. Money was taken off of my card on 4 separate occasions, adding up to apx. $140.00 I have spent many hours on the phone and to this day Direct Express still refuses to actually investigate and return my money. They told me the paperwork would be mailed, after not getting it a week later, then they say they E-mailed it, It wasn't there either. After 3 attempts It came in my email, but filling the paperwork out did no good because they don't care!! The reps and "supervisors" are arrogant, and flat refuse to help in any way shape or form.

I have been lied to and decieved. If you are on SSI and have no bank account, this card Is your bank account, and they don't care if youre money is stolen. We know how it work's with normal credit cards, NOT this card. So, be forwarned, if you have this card and someone charges it without your knowledge, you can kiss your money goodbye!! Get a bank account and get your money on direct deposit to the bank, because you cannot trust Direct Express. If you are working you might be able to absorb this money, on SSI you cannot, and this month we wont eat too much.
