From the begining of our experience with DMB (pronounced "dumb") we have found every aspect of their bank absolutely terrible.

The interest rates are the highest we pay on all of our cards, web site a hassle to use.

Don't ever lose or forget a secret word you give them when you first hook up: you can't set up an on-line account, nor e-mail them either to find out what the word was. Very Frustrating.
