I signed up for a $1.95 one day trial membership, as this was the only option to sign up for.  I was horrified to find out the next day that my credit card was charged $45.00 for this, and when I sent them an e-mail saying that I had been overcharged, they never returned my e-mails!  On top of this, because I had no proof once I enrolled to show the credit card company, they found in favor of the merchant.  this is out and out fraud, and the credit card compnay is aan accomplice!  do not use Capital One Bamk at all!
