*Consumer Suggestion: You CAN Get Your Money Back!
Ordered product from direct pharmacy or direct diet pills. They substitued a different product than I ordered. I requested to send product back. They stated that in their terms that they can substitue another product.I may return product but they charged $45.00 for processing and cancellation fees plus I have to pay return shipping. They should state such a clause as this with the items they sell where customers can plainly see it. I would like to find out if this is legal. Even if it is this is wrong.

#1 Consumer Suggestion
You CAN Get Your Money Back!

Rebecca,
I had the same experience with Direct Pharmacy -- ordering one thing and receiving something else. So I called them and requested a refund. Of course, their pat line was that the fine print told me that I could not get a refund once the product had been shipped. I immediately asked to speak with a Supervisor and when I did, of course, she reiterated the "company" policy of not being able to issue a refund.
What's funny is that when I informed the Supervisor that I was going to report their company (and all details of the transaction) to my bank and have it pursued as "fraud", she changed her tune. She then told me that, under the circumstances, this one time, they would issue the refund, but my bank would have to issue the request as a disputed charge on my card. Only then would I receive a refund.
I submitted a dispute request to my bank and they are taking care of the issue now. I am sure that the pharmacy will refund the full amount I paid simply because they don't want to be investigated!
