I ordered a prescription medication. They denied my prescription request and would not let me cancel my order. Instead, they sent me a 90 day supply of a non-prescription product, but billed me the price of the prescription. Tried their non-prescription version but it caused me a severe headache. I am out $100.00 and 3 bottles of pills I can't use. I have tried to contact them but they will not answer my e-mails. I didn't expect a full refund but should not be out $100.00 for pills I didn't choose.

Direct Pharmacy Inc.; DIRECT DIET PILLS I too also sent this company an email to not send me any pills that were supplements if my doctor did approve the presciption. But they sent three bottles of crap anyway. Casseberry Florida

Direct Diet Pills -A Division Of Direct Diet Pills November 20 ordered diet pills from web. my confirmation received. I received e-mail canceling. I received E-mail they were sending a replacement. They did. Fed-EX it back. Turned it over to my credit card company. Ripoff Casselberry Florida

Direct Pharmacy Inc. When I go to make an order thru the internect it is not registered under direct pharmacy. It's under another name and does not show up until I have entered my payment online. By this time it is too late to cancel my order. I have had probems getting my refund back. I do not want to order through this company. Casselberry, Florida
