This company (Direct plus) is not the deal they say they are. How can a company charge such a small handling fee.... I'll tell you how, by marking up the merchandise. They also charge you for using your credit card. I've been in this direct plus and I've seen first hand what this company is about. The dock guy looks like he was brought in off the streets, jimmy Kennedy now the owner is just worried about getting more members so he can mark up more merchandise. Trust me, don't do it... do not become a member. Handling fees, dock fees, and the mark-ups on merchandise with credit card fees is just crazy! Do your own research or email me!

I believe this complaint was filed by an entity that Direct Plus was previously engaged with in a business relationship that ended up in binding arbitration with the BBB of Indianapolis. I believe that to be the case becasue the person filing this complaint rerferred to me by my childhood name, "Jimmy". I have not been called that name since I was in 6th grade. If you read this complaint, it's nonsensical. There are numerous grammatical errors, mis-punctuation errors and overall, reads as if written by a third grader.
This entity stiffed my company for $3,000 and lost a binding arbitration case with the BBB in March of this year. This entity was ordered to refund my company close to $3,000 and to this day, has refused to do so. I have posted reviews of this entity on various forums detailing my experience with them and alerting others to their deceitful business practices. Other similar attempts to impugn my company on other forums have been largely unsuccessful by this same entity.
I find it ironic that another similar review was posted in December of last year, coinciding with the first decision rendered by the BBB against that person's company and in favor of Direct Plus. They ignored that decision as well, resulting in the final decision being rendered this past March.
Coincidence? I think not.
This is nothing more than an attempt by a cowardly, lying, unethical entity to impugn Direct Plus' stellar reputation that has been carefully cultivated over the last 22 years.
