on signing up for direct tv service I was told I would get starz movies and showtime for 3 months free and also a dvr after a month of service I received a additional bill for 24.00 dollars and no dvr when I called them they said they charge a month in advance they also wanted to put a protection plan on for 5.99 they did this without my permission the 24.00 charge was for starz and showtime sounds fishy to me
