Direct TV used my credit card without my authorization.


I did not give them permission to use the card.  They charged a 443.85 bill to me and I do not even have Direct TV.
Upon calling Direct TV they stated they had the right to use my credit card.  

I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, our local TV stations and radio stations.
I plan on warning every consumer out there about the rip off that Direct Tv has going on within their organization.

I have kept each statement to show the TV crew.  My mother who is 75 years old just experienced this same encounter.  They informed her that Direct TV had every right to use her credit card.  "It is our policy" they can not unlawfully use a credit card without proper authorization.  

Stay away from DIRECT TV.  Hopefully someone will be able to shut them down.  If the bad publicity doesn't do it our State Senator will help.  

My husband and I have an appointment to meet with him on Thursday the 21st of May.

Words of advice cancel while you can and have a second person listen in on the conversation as a witness.
