directcommerceacademy scammed , Internet

I was ripped off from direct commerce academy I paid the initial 2.97 for the start up fee and was told I would be mailed the package.  I never recieved no package in 3 months I got billed on my debit card 39.95 from there market support company that I never agreed to.I called them to ask for a refund but I could not get my money back from them since I so called signed up with them. I only agreed to the 2.97 nothing more I have had to cancel my debit card and get a new one thanks to these scam artists.
