Ordered busges, which the website claimed were "potted". I even called customer service to ensure that "potted" meant that the plants were actually shipped potted. Customer service told me that they would, in fact, be shopped in pots. The bushes arrived bare root, tied together in bunches, in a plastic bag.

I also ordered ground cover, which arrived in plastic bags, and one bundle was covered in white mold. I've contacted customer service by email but have not received a response.  Would not recommend, or consider ordering from this company again.
