Direct Buy Auto Warranty I purchased the Platinum Elite warranty plan fro this scamming auto warranty company only to get denied service when my car legitimately had a problem that was covered by this warranty. BE VERY CAREFUL because they can say ,according to paragragh K in their warranty booklet, that basically ANYTHING is a pre-existing condition because it is due to wear and tear. I had put over 2000 miles on the car and ther contract was in full force when the problem occured. Their "3rd party" inspector...they repeated this about 30 times, only did a visual inspection and reported "claim denied" saying it was a wear and tear issue. ALSO BEWARE-the never sent me the correct policy that I bought...THREE times they sent me a booklet saying I bought the lower-level policy even though I paid for the premium policy. I have filed a compaint with the Attorney General Office in Texas, I also filed a complaint with Texas Department of Licenses and Regulation and will blog as much as possible, anywhere and everywhere about how crappy this company is. DO NOT BUY AN AUTO WARRANTY FROM DIRECT BUY AUTO WARRANTY! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!! Iselin New Jersey
