Had a problem with Direct TV this AM, somehow we called the number 866-531-5000 (not the regular number 800-531-5000), and all they wanted to do was sell a protection plan. They got very rude on the phone. Once I called DirectTV, I was told that the number was similar to theirs, but was a total scam.
