Moved my existing service one house over. Was told I would have to pay for a pole do to trees. Did so but after 14 days and five visits still no service. Tech said it was his mistake on last call but never showed up - called and they said (very arrogant rep- supervisor) it would be yet another 3 days before anyone could come back - and now are calling daily for equipment I told them they could pick up - they expect me to take the time to pack it up when they can't even deliver..
