I bought a slendertone abs belt from Directworld.co.uk

And my controller has been broken and I contact to Directworld.co.uk

I have 1year warrenty and when I contacty them,the warrenty hadn't been expired.

But They never contacted me back.

So I contacted to Slenderton.com and they found the item is a fake item.

Slenderton asked me to contact to seller to refund so I tried to contact them many times but they igmored me.
