After reading through some of your reports, I actually got lucky because I had purchased shutters for my whole house and out of 22 shutters I only got ripped off for 1. But even though I still paid for an item, which was promised and never received. It's still bad business.
I had spoken with many people, to name a couple Sonia & Kathy and was told I'd get my remaining shutter. Then all of a sudden I couldn't get through, the line always busy and now the phone number is disconnected.
I'm very sorry to you who didn't even get a product. These people need to be stopped from doing this to anyone else. I will help in anyway.

Great to see all of you today! It's so amazing to me how many of us were ripped of by Wes, Kristen and Ken but after meeting all of you today and comparing information I totally agree we can stop these crooks. So for my part here is the informaiton for Arizona Department of Revenue: www.azdor.gov just type in the word fraud in the tool bar and the criminal page comes up. The first link is to send an Email to the fraud department and the second is a PDF form (I cut and paste it for you to see-its at the bottom of this post) Just click on the link and a form comes up to report fraud against the state. You can either Email it back to them or mail it in. So for all of us who paid in full and didnt have to pay the sales tax you can bet that Wes, Kristen and Ken didnt pay the sales tax for us! I already filled mine out and Email it back to them. With all of us that showed up today the state is missing about $18,000 in back sales tax.
