Discount Body Parts CHEAP CHEAP CHEAP!! You get what you pay for in every aspect Internet

Let me begin by explaing my issue with discount body parts, I purchased a chrome bumper for my 2004 F150 in march of 2013 it is now may of 2014. The past week i noticed the underside of the bumper was completly rusted. I was completly baffeld on how a simple chrome bumber that is a year and 3 months old is rusting. I am very careful in taking care of my vehicle always washing and waxing. I finaly decided to contact discount bumper and and handel the situatuion.  I called the warranty and customer service department "if thats what you want to call it." Spoke to a gentlman first who explained to me that I was 3 months over my warranty and their was nothing he could do. I didnt even wast my time, i asked for the supervisor. I then spoke to a woman, explained my problem and she told me the same exact thing. At this point im discusted and amazed at how screwed up our world is. I read to her a line from there website that states, "DISCOUNT BODY PARTS GUARANTEES ALL PRODUCTSTO BE FREE FROM FAULTS IN WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIAL AS LONG AS THE RETAIL BUYER OWNS THE VEHICLE" well guess what???? i still own the vehicle and they dont stand behind their word. A good company takes care of there customers. I had a problem it, was defective it should have been replaced. I dont care if im over "their warrranty policy" im a good paying customer that deserves what i purchased. A good company, "which ill use from now on" whould never do this. I will never use Discount body parts again, this is why our world is so screwed up. If you want to be a good compay take initiative and eat the couple hunder dollars once in a while to make a good name and help the people instead of screwing them over.

I will never Use discount body parts again!!!!! I dont recomend them to anyone
