July 12-2017 I ordered a Dell vestro windows 10 Desktop PC tower computer advertised on their website for 88.94. They sent me a Dell vostro windows 7 instead. where the operating system does not work. i called and emailed their customer service requesting an exchange or refund with no response. it has been three weeks and no response from them from email and no returnphone calls'
