Through Amazon.com purchased hair straightener. Merchandise received was used and packaging torn. Two calls later, no shipping label to return. I have to be inconvenienced to go to the post office and wait in line to return merchandise. I also have to wait for refund. This Discount Jungle-vendor through Amazon are total rip offs
