I ordered a piano bench from them. It came on time without a problem, but it is terribly made so I would like to return it. Although their website promises 100% satisfaction, they have no customer service. The phone number goes to a message machine, and they don't appear to return calls, the customer service contact form goes unanswered, and their email address does not actually exist. They are terrible.
