This company needs to be taken to court. I placed an order in May of 2007, 7 months ago. My order was not received in the time limit I was given. After emailing this company I was told that is was on the way and my order status was "in-progress". My order has still not been received.
Then I decided to research this company. They are reported on this many times and with the federal trade commission. Some of the reports have been dated before mine, in May and as recently as December 9th of this year.
Knowing what I know about the law, this company seems that it has frauded customers over $2000. This means they should be taken to court. They should not be taken to small claims court but probate because the fraud amount is so high.
I am prepared to take this company to court. I have researched and gathered enough information to support my case. I feel that others who have been frauded should support my case and present information and testimonials as well. I hope everyone that wants to get their money for the orders should contact me and then we will contact authorities.
