I ordered a laptop battery for a customer from these guys and the customer never picked it up. I held it for him for 30 days. When I tried to return it 32 days later they said I couldn't get my money back. On their website is says "45-day Refund Guarantee", don't beleive it. They also won't refund the shipping so you're stuck with that too!!
