On May 29th I placed an order. My credit card was declined. There was no reason for this. I was asked to pay by PayPal and get a 10% dicsount. I was charged twice. I have contacted the online chat--Melvin. He lied to me on several occasions, saying it was shipped or going to be shipped. I asked for a refund and now I am being ignored.
