This will be my only response to this complaint. I hired Eric & Nicole Pullianzo (ENP Studios) to develop software for my website. They took my down payment, never completed any work, and will not give back the deposit. In fact they wont respond to me by either phone or email. You can see other complaints about both eric/nicole and ENP studio by searching this website under either their name or the name of their company.
Their claims regarding my company and myself are false in several respects. My company is not set up yet. Has not done any advertising nor has it conducted any business. Furthermore it has never accepted money from anyone for any service. Nor would accept money from contract attorney's because temporary employment agencies do not operate in this fashion.
Now in addition to suing Eric, Nicole & ENP for fraud and breach of agency, I will now be suing them for libel. They're writings both libelous against both myself and my future company. This will not be difficult to prove as the company has not even started conducting business.
You can both expect papers in the mail very shortly.

In case they change their original complaint to correspond with my rebuttal, here is what they originally said about my company and myself.
