I have been a customer of Dish Network for about 10 or 11 months. Their policy is to rip off their customers who are under 2 years contract by charging them when the Dish network is at fault with disruption in its sattelite sending the customers receivers signals.


In may 2020 I replaced my T.V. in the living room and due to the fact that the original technician from the company had put a very short and loosly put cable , the new T.V. was having a lot of problem receiving the channels the way they should be. We called and told them that we have moved a new T.V. and we have problems such as the signal get frozen . We ge a lot of no signal available and so on. They sent a technician who said the person who put the cable in the first they set up the service had put a very short and loose cable, and cut the old cable and put a very longer one.


Tonight( at 11 p.m. 06-22-09 ) we started getting no signals again and then for the whole night we would be getting a sattelight trying to send us signal, then we had " intergitiy check --- as though we the paying customers are theives!, and then " system aquiring or something like that came on " then we had signal for one minute but the whole cycle started again. And again and again and again. ........


I called the Dish Network. they said we send someone to come and check it for free. ( afrter talking to two very rude customer reps MARIO (to whom my wife spoke in Spanish) , he rudely said why don't you go to another company. She told him, you stupid , we are under contract. He jusrt hugn up. Then I called and talked to a lady whose name was francis, she was ruder than the first one, and the only difference was that she spoke English. Finally I ended up to talk to a manager after being on the phone for about 20 minutes on hold. His name was Gabriel. ( he was the same s*&t) He without any shame said, if anything happens, even if our company is at fault we charge you a fee for sending a technician. I told him it was your company's fault for not sending the signals correctly, he said it does not matter we pay 200 dollars so we have to charge you.


Please do not, I repeat do not deal with this company.
They are a bunch of theives.Period. I am going to write a letter to the US attorney general and ask for an investigation into this bad and illegal business practice. Holding customers under the contract and rip them off.

Although you type in broken english, you're absolutely right about them. DISH SUCKS.
