Did disney claim the toy was hypoallergenic? If they didn't then there is no ripoff. As a parent of a child with allergy problems you should make sure the toys you buy are labelled hypoallergenic. Disney is not required to sell hypoallergenic stuffed animals, this is only a ripoff if they claimed it was. I guess you learned that you need to be more careful about your child's allergies.
