Disney Movie Rewards threatens the little guy Nationwide

Disney Movie Rewards takes aim at the little guy.  I recieved an email today Nov 22, 2015 telling/theatening me that I was about to lose my points apparently because it has been inactive.  But the reality is that on Nov 10, 2015 I entered a "magic code" from the dvd Inside Out.  So my account has been inactive for all of 12 days?  They cheated me out of one of their special promotions and now they want to cheat me out of my reward points again because they hide behind a veil where you can not contact them directly.  Supposedly they can cancel your account at their discretion, but they need to exercise some discretion in how they treat their customers.
