Caution!!! I purchased this software by their claim that it was compliant. It is NOT, and has the ability to get you into a lot of hot water with the regulators. I asked them to refund, and they refused - these people are no good, caution to anyone considering using their software or doing business with these people.

The maker of this complaint is a liar!!!!

I purchased and used, but no longer, Dispute Suite after much due diligance, I know their office staff and Mike Citron, Ceo . PLEEEEZE!!! Anyone reading this do not pay attention to the liar and fool who  posted the aforementioned complaint without thinking or knowing what he was speaks of.

Without detailing my business experience I can promise I have dealt with many, many, many people and Mike Citron sits on top of that hill. He preaches honesty, legality and ethical conduct to the credit repair industry and certainly  those lessons are not lost but practiced at home.

I have had "issues" with his company/product but that is the nature of business. What defines the good from the bad is resolution. NEVER and I mean NEVER have I pushed away from the table feeling ripped off or disatisfied. In fact I have always left feeling secure and on top. That is the Dispute Suite corporate philosiphy as they know its easier to fix an issue then to deal with a problem.

As to legality and compliance? Well lets put it this way, I think that is what he named his pet Hamsters. That is two words he teaches and preaches ad nauseum. I don't think he would do so and then provide his customers with a product that does the opposite.

Is there better software? That is a personal value decision. But is there better companies standing behind it? That I can say absolutely positively NO!!!

What I can tell you is that the internet is full of half witts like the original maker of this complaint with not two nickles or two witts that for whatever reason gains a platform to do some damage to the reputation of a fine man and a fine company. I am not sure if you can reach out to me here after I post? I know I cant put an email in but if you can I will gladly answer any and all questions.

Oh you may ask why I no longer use Dispute Suite? Because I no longer needed it. But I highly recommend it.

I left the above comments about DisputeSuite based on strong feelings that I had
towards them at the time of writing. I have since done a lot more research, and
although I feel the credit repair industry is not an industry that Im
interested in getting into, DisputeSuites products appear to be the right
source to get information about the industry and to manage your business. For
me, getting into the credit repair business is not something that Im
interested in, due to the regulations involved, and the stigma associated with
the industry. When I voiced these concerns to DisputeSuites team, they
voluntarily offered to have me speak to a national compliance attorney, and
offered reassurances that the industry is legitimate, at the time however I had
no interest in learning more about the industry. 

After further discussions with the CEO, he did, eventually clarify the situation, and made
the experience a positive one. If someone was thinking of getting into the
credit repair industry, I think DisputeSuite would be a good place for them to look.

You were hoping to use this software to dispute your negative credit reports by claiming they were not accurate to try to repair your credit.

So in this case, who is the worse criminal?  The Drug Pusher, or the Dope Addict?
