on nov 19 2012 i ordered a generac generator 14 kw with cold weather kit and battery at a cost of 3828.00 have not recived generator or my money on 3/2013 was told it was going to ship was last time i have talked to him he 2nd week of april emailed and called no responce as of 7/3/2013
