Here are the TOP REASONS you should not allow Craig Stedman to be a judge in Pennsylvania:

1. The proliferation of the scourge of puppy mills has grown and gotten far, far worse under his "watch" for nearly thirity years.  THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR THIS SUFFERING OF HELPLESS DOGS WHO HAVE NO VOICE!

(He won as prosecutor which he won in uncontested races. It is the only way he can win an election,.,

2. He is notorious for his well-documented record of letting obvious killers walk if they are politically connected to someone who can help him achieve his own career goals.  They include: A woman high on heroin whose husband and infant child were killed while she was driving; a man who killed his 2-week old baby on Christmas Eve with a shotgun at point-blank range; and many other lenient sentences or nolle prosse's as favors for others so that when he needs one, such as a judicial nomination, it is waiting for him.

3. He is equally notorious for prosecuting people he KNOWS are innocent, also as favors, such as nurse Joy Woomer - convicted on junk evidence of killing a young boy she was caring for as a visiting nurse - 7-years after the boy's death - despite the fact that there was NO credible evidence that the boy was murdered.

4. He has already been caught by Lancaster County Commissioners for stealing money from civil asset forfeitures - a system he regularly abuses - to lease himself a Toyota Lancruiser that they had NO knowledge of.

5. He was caught by Lancaster County Commissioners stealking thousands of dollars by double-dipping for gas mileage on the stolen Toyota, and paid the money back when he got caught, thinking that that absolves of him of any criminal wrongdoing since he "self-reported", even though he is a prosecutor who is supposed to know the law. 

6. He is described in published reports as a "fearmongor" by the ACLU, and forced his staff to sign non-disclosure agreements under fear that they might be called to testify before a grand jury against him. THACLU calls those agreements "Unconstitutional".

7. Craig Stedman does not care about the Constitution and has no respect for the law, taxpayers, or the judiciary, as he refuses to comply with judicial orders to turn over financial records to the county and the news media, while falsely telling the public he has complied. He is wasting hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayer money keeping those records a secret until after the November election and hundreds of thousands of dollars suing Lancaster County Commissioners for alleged "slander", with taxpayers footing the bill - a lawsuit he claims he will continue even after he is out of office in Novembert.

8. He is running for judge on the republican ticket and thought he would be unopposed, which is the only way he could have won, but his opponent os older and will have to retire in the middle of his term, if elected. One year of ANYONE is better than one more day of Craig Stedman, who has been feeding at the public trough for 28-years

9. Stedman has consistently lied to the public about his "accomplishments" and the "record" he is running on, and has been caught in so many lies, taxpayers now pay for a spokesman and he no longer talks to the press directly.

10. He has no respect for the news media, deliberately plants fake news stories, and refuses to answer questions or make himself available, even when the Lancaster Newspaper uncovered the fact that he wasting drug enforcement task force money on - among other things - paid sex for his detectives!

11. He is believed to have pilfered money from another budget from the federal government to keep neighborhoods safe from gun crime.

13. He wasted taxpayer money on a ridiculous case that had no basis in law in a successful attempt to humiliate his chief rival for a seat on the PA Superior Court 2-years ago. She authored the opinion and is now the laughing stock of the country - but doesn't know Stedman had his assistant prosecutor lie to the lower court judge AND the Superior Court - and he refused to turn the evidence over to the Superior Court!

14. He has spent hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars in money and manpower prosecuting political rivals and discouraging appeals he knows he would lose in an effort to silence his critics.

15. Lancaster County Commissioners issued a press release saying Craig Stedman not only thinks he is above the law - he thinks he IS the law. And THEY ARE RIGHT!! All of the taxpayer money he has wasted so far in his frivolous lawsuit against the county - which is designed to slander commissioners - is just a ruse to buy himself time and keep his secrets from taxpayers and voters. More proof of that came from Commonwealth Court at a hearing September 11, 2019, where the judges said they don't think they have jurisdiction over the case. HE IS A LAWYER AND HE DOESN'T KNOW WHICH COURT TO FILE HIS FRIVOLOUS LAWSUIT?! How bad is HIS lawyer? THIS BAD: Stedman wants taxpayers to foot the bill for HIS lawyer - but doesn't want them to know his lawyer is the brother of one of his assistant prosecutors. No other self-respecting lawyer would take his case!

16. Craig Stedman recently gave an assistant prosecutor a promotion and a 25-thousand dollar payraise (on taxpayer money) after that lawyer refused to turn over exculpatory evidence in a case in which the accused would have been exonerated. Another political favor as he trains a group of young, inexperienced assistant d.a.'s to be as CORRUPT asd he is, and rewards them for their corruption while covering up his own criminal behavior.

17. he calls himself tough on crime, but - as referenced above - he cannot tell a criminal from a victim! That does not make for a good judge!

18. He possesses NONE of the qualities needed to a good, fair, honest judge. Craig W. Stedman is a PROVEN LIAR, THIEF, FRAUD, POLITICAL HACK AND A POLITICAL "JOKE" according to Lancaster County Commissioners. THEY ARE CORRECT.

19. Craig Stedman does not care about government transparency, honesty, integrity, truth, justice, tacpayer money, the Constitution, law, the judiciary.

20. Craig Stedman released confidential, proprietary, FAKE information to a subordinate in order to smear another one of his own employees who was running for his D.A. seat, and then supended the other employee (with pay!) to further smear him. The county human resources department had to step in and reinstate the a.d.a. he suspended, calling his actions "political". 

21. Craig Stedman is the most dishonest, disgusting, obnoxious, lying scumball who does not do anything unless there is something in it for him - that includes only prosecuting Amish puppy mill owners for vilating the law when the story is so disgusting and gains national attention that he HAS to act, because he cannot had it - such as the Amish woman who debarked her dogs by shoving rods down their throats. Even then, she got one year of probation and cannot own a dog. BFD! The rest of her extended family continues to abuse its animals to this day. HOW ABOUT SHUTTING DOWN PUPPY MILLS, CRAIG? You talked real big on Oprah because you couldn't take the bad publicity, but you haven't done s**t since then.

DO NOT EXPECT CRAIG STEDMAN TO BE A FAIR, HONEST JUST, JUDICIOUS JUDGE.! He already used to police to set up another judge on the bench in a video that went viral, and he announced another judge was the subject of a "criminal investigation' when she was not, dragged her all the way to the Supreme Court of PA on taxpayer money...and LOST and is still telling the press and the public he won that case. HE DID NOT - AND IT IS PUBLIC RECORD. But that's how little respect he has for the public he was sworn to serve. Craig Stedman - who the public elected - thinks the voters are THAT stupid - and stupid enough to elect him as a judge. Write in any name on the ballot or vote for his opponent - do NOT leave it blank. He thinks voters are stupid enough to do that and will win by default - as he did all of his othere "elections". Craig Stedman cannot win an election - or court case - without being deceptive and evil - THAT DOES NOT MAKE FOR A GOOD JUDGE! CRAIG STEDMAN IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND LIAR AND SHOULD NEVER HOLD ELECTED POSITION AGAIN. IN FACT, HE SHOULD BE INDICTED AND IMPEACHED AS DISTRICT ATTORNEY AND RESIGN IN DISGRACE - WHERE HE BELONGS.
