Ditto has poor and slow customer service. You would think that they would take care of a customer that has spent hundreds with them. They have held up my release for almost a month with these stupid error messages. But, when I try to fix what they want me to fix, the website won't let me. Ditto can't even correct the problem on their end. Now that I'm frustrated and want a refund, this is what I get back from the company:

Hi there, â€‹As services have been provided, I'm sorry to say you're no longer eligible for a refund. If you no longer want to distribute with Ditto, please do feel free to cancel your subscription from your end, and that should start taking your releases down from stores. â€‹ Thank you.
