I gave this company $200,000 to invest for me. They gave me 2 years of interest quarterly. At the end of the 2 years, they contacted me asking me to renew my contract. I declined and asked for my money back.
Come to find out that the person talking to me was an attorney hired by the firm, who advised me that they could not pay, and that I could sue them in court for pennies on the dollar.
I did not receive my form to file for taxes, and have not been able to get ahold of them since.
