Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I get scammed out of 6000 from a company posting on diy trade. i ordered 12 packages of clothes, 3 packages arrived and 9 got taken by customs. they claimed to have a 100% refund if the goods are taken by customs well I recived no such refund and was given the run around and treated unfairly. so I tell diy trade about it and they take the scammers side saying "oh he sent us the tracking numbers as proof" what a joke these guys are protecting the scammers and are paid to help them scam people. total bull. I cant beleive their customer service also. unreal buyers go elsewhere diy trade sucks and they treat their consumers like crap.

wondering if they are scammers or not

I was considering buying some mobile phones from this company but then I read the one and only report received, perhaps this company who ordered clothes etc. ordered things that customs would not allow into their country. Maybe this doesn't warrant them as scammers, not sure. It's just that maybe there was another reason. It's just that if they are honest I wish they would do a rebuttal or something to stick up for themselves, so people like us woul know the truth. This is just a one sided response, perhaps by them not answering to the damming report is the answer anyway? who knows?
