I purchased a stereo/DVD/navigatin system from this company. I did so because they advertised what appeared to be a factory OEM product. The owner/manager was very responsive during the ordering process and appeared to want me to get the appropriate unit (there were two). All went very well thru the ordering process and I received the unit in about 5days. Very impressed with order and delivery.

When I took to local shop for installation, I discovered that (1) The unit did not fit properly and tech had to Jerry-rig a fit ring. (2) The navigation portion did not work (Claimed he got bad SD cip needed for unit to function agreed to send replacement. Took 4weeks to receive. Installed in accordance with instructions and it worked for one day, then became inoperable again.) (3) when using stereo, the channel were off by one or two numbers. 640 came in as 639, 790 as 789 etc. when driving unit would not lock on to station, it would begin scanning. This would occur on am an fm.

All in all this is a very inferior product that is not user friendly and works extremely poorly. I emailed the company 3 separate times without  a single reply. I was asking what to do and then how to return the unit. This was over several weeks, still no response.

Bottom Line, I lost a few hundred bucks. By the way, there were no reviews on line. Do yourself a favor and avoid doing business with this company. Unit is bad you will not like it. Save your money
