299 Glenlake avenue, a property owned and operated by DMI property management is a disgusting MESS! Located in beautiful High Park Toronto, thie building management is horrible. They make their tenants pay for pest treatments eventhough it is the managements responsibility to pay. They cut corners and demean you.
I moved in 6 months ago and the apartment was disgusting, smoke saturated drywall, dirty slimy windows, an taps that are forever being fixed. The tenants are all wonderful people, I feel bad for them all.

DO NOT MOVE there!!!!

Pay the price for the upgrade and go to MINTO.
