the people complained that the dmv uses corrupt practices, yes they do, they use a towing company that the owners were convicted with felonies as the city of chula vista, paxton towing and their associates , yet the city and apartment owners with this prior knowledge uses felons to register peoples vehicles at the complexes with all the personal information, and then the info is used to commit indentifity theft and other issues.
