doc holidays paid me 56.00 for a weeks worth of pay at $2.13 an hour but didbt pay me my credit card tips that i recieved for that week. counce Tennessee

Doc holidays of counce tn paid me 56.00 dollars for a week's worth if work at 2.13 an hour but my credit card tips were not on my check. Plus I believe Tennessee law states that if your tips and your pay do not equal out to minimum wage the company is suppose to make the difference up. That didn't happen either! Which I wasn't going to make a fuss over that so much but I needed my credit card tips!!
