My wife ordered two pairs of slippers for my birthday on March 20, 2003, she paid by money order in the amount of &16.95. She has repeatedly attempted to contact customer service at (514)426-8715 without reaching anyone. As of April 30, 2003 we have neither received the product nor any indication that they intend to send the product or refund the money. We researched this company via internet and found that we am not alone in this problem dealing with these people. I have found that they have been fraudulent accepting monies since at least the year 2000. They are still ripping people off and I am surprised that they have been allowed to continue practicing this scam. We recieved the add through the money mailer, so we also reported their practices to them and We have reported them to the better business bureau.
