Do NOT call Doctor Junk (Bob) or Ojito Waste Systems (Henry) to pick up your trash. 
1) They cancelled on us the first time
2) They gave us an original estimate of $450 and then ending up charging us over $900 and added a bunch of additional fees that were never even mentioned. 
3) Driver was rude and obnoxious
4) Failed to take responsibility for their own mistakes and tried to pin it on the customer

Ojito Waste Systems Prides in Excellent Customer Service

At Ojito Waste Systems, Inc., we pride ourselves with providing our customers with excellent customer service. We ensure our customer 100% satisfaction. Our customer in this particular insident was not "Will" it was Doctor Junk. "Will" contacted Doctor Junk off of a website and hired him to provide service. After it was established is was trash was not vegetation, OWS was  informed their customer (Doctor Junk) was going to need OWS for trash Removal, and that a higher value for pick up would be implimented. Vegetation prices and Trash prices are completely different. Trash is more expensive to have picked up. Doctor Junk's customer, Will, was informed of the price upcharge, according to Bob (Owner of Doctor Junk). Once OWS contacted Bob for payment he informed us to give a break down of the charges to his customer. The load also had 16 tires in it. 8 of which were car tires and the other 8 truck tires. Will was aware of this as he signed for it in the pick up ticket. We informed Bob's customer of the break down and established that the mis communication was between Bob and Will not Ojito Waste Systems.

**In regards to not being able to pick up the load once it was first requested: Unfortunately we had a break down that made us unable to pick up the load for that day and it was moved for a later date which the customer was COMPLETELY FINE WITH AND AGREED.

**In regards to the driver: Knowning that we had to already rescheduled, we made sure that our driver had impecable work ethic and had an excellent proffessional communication and attitude with the customer. We work wanting all customers to continue to call us. If they are happy with our service they will continue to contact Bob and therefore, we get contacted as well.

**In regards to the price change from $450.00 to $924.12. The load as mentioned was not a small pile of vegetation with only two tires in it (THE PICTURE PROVIDED BY WILL IS ATTACHED FOR REFFERENCE). It was two piles which Will showed the second pile to the driver once we arrived. We always let our customers know that when we pick up TRASH (Not Vegetation) the price will change once it is taken to the recycling facility. In this facility the trash is weighed and if there are any tires , charged according to the type of tire, and if there are mattresses then same goes for that. Bob's Customer was told this and it was broken down in the invoice properly. If Bob and his Customer did not communicate properly that is not on Ojito Waste Systems.

The customer needs to understand that we have a great communication and we provided excellent customer service. I understand that thinking you were going to pay $450.00 for a load and then clearly not know how the trash prices work, that a bill for $924.12 is a lot to take in. However Trash is trash. This Trash, which we already paid for, was $699.12 just to throw away. We spoke to Bob and his customer and understanding their personal lack of communication, we at OWS were willing to have Bob's Customer only pay for his trash disposal fee but the customer said that he didn't feel the need to pay more than the ESTIMATE. The word allone means "Roughly Calculated" it is not an exact price charge. This was based off of a picture the customer sent which the pile had more trash when it came  time to actually pick it up.

We have seen this happen before. Customers get fines for having trash on their property and call us to remove it. We do so effectively and in a timely manner to avoid the customer having any additional fines. Most times like this one, we don't require payment right away trying to help the customer avoid more fines. We require the payment later. When the customer goes directly through us these problems do not happen. We communicate perfectly and explain that we need to wait on the trash to be taken to the recycling facility before any pricing is 100% accurate. Meanwhile is just an estimate.

We are deffinately saddened that this particular customer had such issues, it is the first time we have encounted this but do know that we are not to blame. We explained everything properly and professionally and this is a personal problem between Doctor Junk (Bob) and his Customer Avar "Will".
