We signed up for DVM's website service at WVC tradeshow because they promised lower price yet the same level of service as our previous provider.

Needless to say, we got what we paid for.  When I called John (our sales rep) to complain about the how long it takes to make changes to the site, I was told we are on the "entry" level service and I should upgrade.

This was somewhat understandable, we adjusted our expectations based on the lower fees (about $50/mo).  Until last week where I received a call from another business doing their due diligence.  They asked about my experience with DVM "considering I have left them a positive review".  Well, not only I wasn't thrilled with their services, but also, I had never left them a review, negative or positive!

After further review, I found a positive Google review posted for them with my business name.  We asked everyone in the office, no one had any knowledge of this.

They basically created a fake email account to impersonate our business to leave themselves a positive review! Their dishonesty is so alarming, specially because they supposedly have a service to help your business gain reviews! Now I know how. Luckily we didn't purchase that service.

We are cancelling as soon as our new provider is done building our new website.
