I paid in advance for items which were never sent. No correspondence from them whatsoever after they received my money. Each time I called the hold time was at least 30-40 minutes on average, then all (3) lines became BUSY at all times.

I have been ripped off and wish to file this formal complaint and report fraud charges on my credit card.
