I purchased a dog gate from doggate.com. I never received the merchandise but my credit card was charged by TopMan Merchants. I ordered the gate on January 1. There is no contact with Dog Gates other than a telephone number (1-800-216-1359) and there is no answer, only voice mail. Their Email address does not answer my innumerable Emails.

This was an erroneous entry about Dog Age. I never filed this report. Recently my personal data including my credit card was compromised and I have filed a police report. I have NEVER had a problem with Dog Age and obviously the person who "hacked" my computer entered this erroneous information.

Credit card never charged

The customer's order was cancelled and their credit card was never charged. This is apparently a mistaken accusation. Perhaps the customer had canceled the order and had forgotten about it.

While there should be a way to contact them, and I would be sure to email them and save it if you can, unless you ordered on the first of 2008, it hasn't been that long. And make sure to save the reciept. And have you left a voicemail with all the pertinant information to your order and a way to contact? How long do they advise it takes to ship? Also, larger items can take longer as well. I have certainly ordered something to find it arrived 6 to 8 weeks later.
