The following is what I experienced with this company  involving the death of my healthy 4 yr old St Bernard named Mozart and the reprehensible conduct of The Miami Dog Whisperer/DogForce1 and the principles of this business a Richard Heinz(Owner) and his wife Mary Heinz(Manager). My Mozart was taken to be kenneled for a period 4 days prior to formal training in Oct 2013, he died on the third day of being kenneled. An investigation by the Miami/Dade Animal Services Dept. found that this business, within the past month, never had a license to operate a kennel and was issued a civil violation.

My dog died at this kennel operation. Not only did he die there but this trainer took my dog to a local animal hospital when he supposedly became distressed. I was told that Mozart was perfectly fine during the 3 days he was being kenneled, other then his barking through the first two nights, right up to Saturday evening of the 1st weekend in October and then he suddenly becomes distressed and collapses that evening? 

My boy was DEAD ON ARRIVAL at the clinic. Richard Heinz signed in as the owner of my dog and proceeded to pay for and authorize the cremation of my dog before I ever knew he was dead.Richard Heinz REQUESTED the cremation of my property and I didn't find this out until 3 pm the next day with a phone call from some assistant. How does someone who supposedly has over 20 yrs of dog training experience and promotes himself as one of the top 3 trainers in the world with dog aggression do what this "trainer" did with a dog he didn't own?

In addition to the above incomprehensible conduct it turns out that that Medical Notes on the death of my Mozart that were mailed to me by Mary Heinz consisted of one page. I had also requested and received the same Medical Notes from the clinic. You can imagine my surprise when the clinic medical notes consisted of two pages. One page similar to what I received from Heinz with the exception of two line items. First, that Mozart was DOA as in Dead on Arrival. Secondly, a line item that shows Heinz had "Requested Cremation". Requested cremation on a dog he did not own !!!

The medical notes I received from Dogforce1 were altered to exclude those two items. In addition to those notes was a second page that The Miami Dog Whisperer/Dogforce1 intentionally excluded, that was a timeline of phone conversations between the clinic and Mary Heinz that shows  Heinz's wife  on the phone with the clinic the next morning after Mozart's death, wanting to get a diagnosis on my dog that a necropsy had not been requested by Dogforce1 and Richard Heinz. A diagnosis on a dog that was dead on arrival? Can she be serious?

She is having a conversation with the clinic about my dog and I, at this point, don't even know he is dead !!! Three days later she is again having a conversation with this clinic stating that they(Heinz) had "adopted him from a friend". My boy Mozart who is in the care of The Miami Dog Whisperer/Dogforce1 for training and she is telling this clinic that they had adopted Mozart?  Whoever should read this review, ask yourself, would you want this outfit anywhere near your family member? Finally, Mozart's death is far from over !!!
