My 18 year old beloved cat died this past June so when I saw this company's page on Facebook and that they were offering change purses that looked exactly like your pet, dog or cat, I ordered one in my cats memory. What I got was a HIDEOUS thing that looked NOTHING like him! I'm not alone. Now I find posts on their Facebook page from other customers who also paid and received crap! Their customer service offered me 20% back, what a joke!!!! BUYER BEWARE, THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!

Horrible product and horrible customer service. I got a coin purse that is garbage in appearance and quality. Totally unacceptable ite. Although the company states there is a 100% guarantee, and I am 100% dissatisfied, I cannot get my money back. Stay away from this company!
