I was charged a $25 administrative fee for a $1 toll when I rented from Dollar. There was no place to pay cash for the toll. This occurred on Rte. 36 east of Boulder, CO. I rented the car in Denver, CO. Companies that bury things in contracts and don't verbally tell you are guilty of ripoff.
